What is the Ebright azimuth?

It marks the highest point in Delaware, which is not very high.

I saw this sign and nearly killed myself trying to read it from the road with cars coming at me from two directions.

Does every state have an azimuth?

Texas does not. But I suppose it would be Guadalupe Peak, at 8,749 feet above sea level. El Capitan, the southernmost promontory of the Guadalupe Mountains, is more dramatic. But it's just 8,085 feet tall.
