Rev Wright uses bad grammar

even though he knows better.

"White folk done took this country," Wright said. "You're in their home, and they're gonna let you know it."

He had a good education.  His father was a clergyman and his mother a school principal.  I bet they didn't talk like that around the family dinner table.

But they didn't have a multi-million dollar mansion in a a very rich neighborhood (surrounded by RICH! WHITE! PEOPLE!), either.

Some people don't have the luxury of switching from Ebonics to grammatical English at will.

Not being able to speak properly is a real barrier to advancement.

I hate to think of young people following the egregious Rev's example and hoping to emulate his success in life.

He's a con man, nothing more.
