Two of our Thanksgiving desserts

Is that bottom one fondue? That would make no sense because if you started pulling waht looks like bread of the edges, it would make a big mess.

Seriously, I just have no idea what that is, but I would eat it anyway.

Those things around the edge are poound cake with apricot jam on them. The center is a sort of Bavarian cream, the top is made of apple slices. It was yummy.
