I've lost about 50 pounds in the last 6.5 months and one thing I've learned is that this is the WRONG time in fashion to learn weight. I've had to change-over my wardrobe about three times, and the stuff the store has available is just awful this year/season.It's been a challenge.
Congratulations! How did you do it, besides boxing?
Just boxing. I modified my diet a little - I have a rule about eating nothing out of a box (which I break too often for my own comfort) which mostly just means that I try to eat the freshest food possible. Boxing can burn up to 1000 calories an hour - it adds up pretty well. And this is the least frustrated and angry I've ever been in my life. Hitting things regularly helps with that. :)
