Did dr kevorkian sign the declaration of independence? 

In a word, No.  But I'm not going to tell you who did.

Clue:  it wasn't President Obama.

Few days ago, when there was that 3-day rain in NJ and some town was flooded, TV showed a resident, an old woman, walking around what used to be her property, almost crying and asking for state assistance.
She concluded her plea with "Obama, please come and help us!"

Pathetic.
