Michael Jackson tops the charts
Dead at 50. It's always sad when a young person dies, and he was too young to die for this day and age. But, having said that, this was the absolutely smartest career move he could have made. His videos and recordings are flying off the shelves, and the television news is all MJ, all the time.

I heard an agent said the same thing when he heard about Elvis' death: "Good career move." I wonder if I'd be as big a fan as I am if he were still alive embarrassing himself on stage. (I'm old enough to have been alive when he did, but young enough not to remember it.)
Neatly solved his cash flow problem too. He doesn't have to worry about being $500,000,000 in debt anymore. His kids do but he doesn't.
I want my news back, I'm sick of this wall to wall MJ coverage.
Talented, yes. But also an accused pedophile (accused multiple times, which rather makes me less likely to believe his protestations of innocence).
I, too, want my news back.
I wouldn't mind having my sanity back.
