It turns out China's GDP is 40 percent less than was previously thought.

Who compiles these figures? The CIA?

    I agree the CIA's intelligence capabilities are limited, but do we believe the World Bank?

    Attila: The thought did occur to me too. However, the CIA has a solid track record of being wrong about just about everything.
