Well, to those of us who need time to get in shape, it's pretty soon.
How to get ready:
Start working out three times a week;
Walk the dog (or a houseplant, peferably a portable one) for 20 minutes five times a week.
Get a nice big towel to protect against drafts.
You have nothing to lose but your flab!
